How to Fix Two iPhone Receiving Same Calls in iOS 13

Are you getting the same calls on two iPhones? If yes, then go ahead and read this guide to stop all your Apple devices from ringing when you get calls in iOS 13.

Apple has developed an eco-system in which iPhone, iPadOS, and macOS can work together on various tasks. And one such task is Call on Other devices. So if this option is enabled on all the Apple devices then all the devices will ring when you get a FaceTime Audio, Video Call, or a Standard Cellular call on iPhone. So if you frustrated with this Continuity feature, here is how to stop other devices from ringing when you get an iPhone call.

How to Fix Two iPhone Receiving Same Calls in iOS 13

Step #1: Launch the Settings app on your iOS device.

Step #2: Go down and then tap on the Phone.

Step #3. Now, tap on Calls on Other Devices.

Step #4: Next, Turn off Allow Calls on Other Devices. (From now-onwards all your Apple devices will stop ringing, except the iPhone that receives the actual call.

OR if you want to disable it on only selected devices then you can disable ‘Allow Calls on Other Devices’ only that device.

Use Different Apple ID to Stop Two iPhone From Ringing When You Get a Call

There is one more solution for this problem. If you are using the same Apple ID on another device then create a new one and start using different Apple IDs on both the devices to stop two iPhones ringing at the same time.

If you ask me then I found this feature very useful. Let me tell you how. I have my Apple AirPods Pro connected to my MacBook Pro and when I receive a call on my iPhone, I am immediately able to answer it from my MacBook.

But I know for you it may be annoying and turning off is suitable for you.

Also, note that these settings will not change the way you get notifications for FaceTime audio or video calls. You will receive a call notification on all the devices that have the FaceTime option turned ON.
