Suddenly Battery widget was missing on my iPhone running iOS 14.
I don't know what happened and why the battery widget was not showing on iPhone. I used to check my AirPods battery status, and finding battery status using Siri was not much convenient. So I tried all the possible solution came into my mind, and it worked like a charm.
So if you are also facing the same issue and want to get back the missing battery widget on iOS 14, follow the below-mentioned process.

First of all, let's add Battery Widget
On iOS 13 or after, you'll have this widget at the Today View
About iOS 14, Apple revived the widgets, and you can add them everywhere on the Home display.
Pair a Bluetooth Device:
Try connecting your headphones with your iPhone. Once you connect them, it will start appearing in Battery Widget; tap on Edit in Today View.
If the solution mentioned above didn't help you fix the battery widget not showing on iOS 14 issue try restarting your phone. You can also try Force restart.
Allow Access to Widget from Lock Screen
If you cannot view the battery widget in the iPhone lock screen, you can enable it.
Go to Settings-> Face ID & Passcode (Touch ID)-> Go down under ALLOW ACCESS WHEN LOCKED -> turn on Today View.
Reset all settings
If nothing works, then reset all the settings to default.
Launch Settings -> General-> Reset-> Reset all and enter your passcode when asked to move ahead.
Once this process is done, go right ahead and insert the Batteries widget into the Today View or on the Home screen.
